High-quality engineering plastic components through advanced injection moulding processes
Our facility is equipped with five Shibaura injection moulding machines, enabling us to produce a wide range of precision plastic components — from small intricate parts to large structural components.
Injection moulding is a manufacturing process for producing parts by injecting molten material into a precision-machined mould cavity, where it cools and hardens to the exact configuration of the cavity — enabling consistent, high-volume production of complex geometries.
Standard injection moulding for thermoplastic and thermosetting polymers — ideal for medium to high volume production of complex parts with consistent quality.
Metal or other inserts are placed in the mould and encapsulated by the plastic — producing strong, integrated components that eliminate secondary assembly operations.
Every batch is subject to in-process quality checks using our in-house metrology lab and quality laboratory. We monitor key parameters throughout production to maintain consistency and eliminate defects.
